+Fashion designer Hussein Chalayan is no stranger to technology. Animatronics were used back in 2006. In his recent Paris Fall 2008 Fashion Show (via Boing Boing), the designer created mechanical dresses that sent out moving spots of light to symbolize the big-bang theory of the beginning of the universe. It's a beautiful sequence that feels almost like a ballet+
