Scale ingredients to 1 serving
10 cl frozen orange juice
1/2 fresh peach
raspberries
2 - 3 drops grenadine syrup
1 tsp lime juice
2 sugar
3 cl Absolut® Mandrin vodka
Champagne
Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the frozen orange juice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops grenadine, the limejuice and the sugar. Blend until it's smooth.
Pour the absolut mandarin into a highball glass. Fill the glass to half with the mix from the blender and fill with champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
*It also works with the classic Absolut if you don´t like it too sweet.
